What data we process
- Reservations: name, phone number, email, party size, date/time and any notes (allergies, occasion). Reservations run through TheFork; see their privacy statement.
- Contact and group enquiries: the details you provide in a form or when you email or message us.
- Website: technical data and cookies (see our Cookie policy).
Why, and on what basis
- To carry out your reservation or enquiry (performance of a contract).
- To contact you about your visit (legitimate interest).
- Legal obligations (for example administration).
- Newsletter or marketing only with your consent.
How long we keep data
No longer than necessary for the purposes above or than the law requires.
Sharing with third parties
Only with parties that help us deliver the service, such as our reservation system (TheFork), hosting and analytics. They process data solely on our instructions. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Email info@mosaic.nl for this. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
